How do I book my discounted tickets?
Easy – just call us on 0871 222 4001, tell us your company code and we'll take care of it.

Where do I get my company code from?
Contact your HR department or benefits team and they should be able to tell you. You must have the code to benefit from all the great discounts.
When is your booking line open?
We're ready and waiting to book your visit almost every day of the year from 9am to 5pm (sorry it's not later, but we do need our beauty sleep!). Oh, and the number is 0871 222 4001.

How much do calls cost?
Calls to 0871 numbers are charged at 10 pence per minute at all times from a BT landline. Calls from mobile operators and other networks may vary.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You must book at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for discounted entry. Your discounts are not available on the day at the attraction, even if you have your company code and ID.
What is the maximum/minimum number of people I can book?
However many you like – the more the merrier. There's no minimum or maximum and you can also buy tickets for your family and friends.
How can I pay?
You can pay by debit or credit card when you confirm your booking.
When do we get our tickets?
If your booking is confirmed and paid for at least 5 working days before your visit, we'll send tickets to you in the post. Then on the day you can head straight to the main entrance – avoiding the queues at the ticket office window.
Alternatively you can collect the tickets on the day (this is recommended if visiting in less than 5 days). We'll send you an email confirmation and you can collect your tickets from the ticket collection point at the attraction.
For SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, the Dungeons, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre and the Alton Towers Waterpark, we'll always send you an email confirmation for you to exchange for your tickets on the day.
Do all tickets have to be collected at the same time on the day?
If you have booked within 5-days of your visit or have opted to collect your tickets at the attraction ticket office, yes, to keep things nice and easy, you'll need to collect all tickets in one go from the ticket collection point.
What do I need to show at the ticket collection point?
You'll need your booking reference number and the card used to make the payment.
Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?
Sorry but once tickets have been purchased we are unable to exchange or refund them.
We're not sure about how many people may be coming?
In this case you can make a provisional booking on 0871 222 4001. Just be sure to confirm final numbers and pay for your booking at least 24 hours before your visit.

Do I get a discount if I bring a group of 10 or more?
Our offers are better than our Standard Group Rates. But, if you're bringing a large number of guests (100+) on a day out to some of our attractions we can offer a bigger discount for you...just give us a call or contact us for more information.
